Kirk Larson joined Wolseley in February 2017 as the Vice President of Human
Kirk brings nearly 30 years of HR leadership experience to his role, and
provides strategic HR support to the Canadian leadership and HR teams. He is also
responsible for the overall people development and execution of the company’s
Prior to joining Wolseley, Kirk held several progressive executive HR
positions with Rolls-Royce plc, including Executive Vice-President of HR. In
this role, Kirk worked out of the company’s London, U.K. office and was a key
member of the company’s global transformation team.
Kirk also worked at Rolls-Royce’s Reston, Va. office for three years as the
Executive Vice-President of HR Service Operations. In this role he was
responsible for ensuring HR service delivery to 55,000 employees, in 65
countries, and in 38 languages. Prior to his time with Rolls-Royce, Kirk held
HR management positions with General Electric, Stanley Black and Decker, and
Kirk is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he earned a bachelor’s
degree in business administration and a master’s degree in industrial relations
and human resources.
